TWIN SHAFT SLITTER REWINDER
I-SLIT is a twin-shaft
axial slitting rewinding machine, suitable for a wide range of products including
polyethilene, polypropylene, polyester, laminates, aluminum, self adhesive
label stock, paper and cardboard as well as other flexible materials.
I-SLIT can work with standard expansion shafts or
with friction-shafts, and with pneumatic blades or oscillating razor blades
according to the material to be processed and is able to guarantee the best
slitting and rewinding quality also with very delicate and difficult materials.
is suitable to process all flexible packaging films, metallized film, adhesive
films, extensible films, multilayer films, laminates, paper, cardboard and
also develop a special version of I-SLIT, suitable for a wide range of products
including PVC, plasters, spund bond,
TNT, silicon paper as well as other materials involved in pharmaceutical,
hygiene, personal care and household packaging.
I-SLIT MEDICAL, entirely built in stainless steel,
can work with pneumatic blades, oscillating razor blades or pressure blades
according to the material to be processed.
