SLITTING UNIT
High performance slitting unit applicable in-line to any of our printing, coating and laminating machine or every printing, coating & laminating exhisting machine. The unit is completed of rotary blades with counterblades, and razor blades (quantity TBA). With the slit unit will be provided a set of two pneumatic venture trim outlet.
TURNING BAR
Unit that allows to print on the back side of the material. Available in standard configuration or motorized.
EASYSPLICE
Our patented swinging arms for automatic splice without turret.
UNWINDERS & REWINDERS
Unwinders/rewinders can be provided with various levels of sophistication, based on application requirements.
DRYING UNITS
According to the customer needs, we provide complete drying units of different lenghts, width and materials. There is the possibility to have different temperature inside the hoods.
I-TURRET
Customized unloading system of finished reels suitable for S2 Converting machines or any other exhisting machine. I-TURRET can be equipped with opening 0-90° with respect to the vertical axis, arms rotation 0-90° with respect to the horizontal axis and lowering to the floor.
ACCUMULATOR
Festoon style material storage and dispensing. The accumulator delivers stored web material when part of a production process must come to a stop while the rest of the line continues to run.
TROLLEYS
High performance printing & coating trolleys.Flexo, semiflexo, rotogravure, five rolls, kiss and many other methods applicable.
